اثربخشی برنامۀ مداخله و حمایت رفتاری بر مشکلات درونی و برونی‌سازی شده در دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله و حمایت رفتاری بر مشکلات درونی و برونی‌سازی شده در دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا انجام گرفت. این پژوهش به روش آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوای شهر اصفهان می‌شد که ۳۰ نفر از آنها با روش در دسترس انتخاب‌ و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) جایگزین شدند. مداخله طی ۱۰ جلسه 40 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد ولی به گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی داده نشد. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ خودسنجی نوجوان آخنباخ و ریسکولا استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین مشکلات رفتاری گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مرحلۀ پس‌آزمون به وجود آمده است. مداخله و حمایت رفتاری بر کاهش مشکلات درونی و برونی‌سازی شده‌ در شرکت‌کنندگان تأثیر مثبت و معنادار داشت. بر اساس نتایج، مداخله و حمایت رفتاری از طریق کنترل هیجان‌ها و آموزش رفتارهای سازگارانه دانش‌آموزان منجر به بهبود مشکلات رفتاری می‌شود.

This study was aimed to investigate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention and support on externalized and internalized problems in students with hearing loss. This study was carried out using a semi-experimental method and a pre-test, post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included students with hearing loss of Isfahan city, 30 of them were selected using the convenience method and randomly replaced in an experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. Intervention was implemented for the experimental group during 10 sessions of 40 minutes, but no training was provided to the control group. In this study, the Achenbach & Rescorla Adolescent Self-Assessment Questionnaire was used. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. Findings showed that there was a significant difference between the behavioral problems of the experimental and control groups in the post-test phase. Behavioral intervention and support had a positive and significant effect on reducing externalized and internalized problems in participants. According to the results, it can be said that behavioral intervention and support leads to the improvement of behavioral problems, through controlling emotions and teaching adaptive behaviors of students.
