تدوین مدل علائم بی‌نظمی خلق اخلالگر براساس ذهنی‌سازی والدین با نقش میانجی‌گری دلبستگی به والدین و ویژگی‌های مزاجی کودک

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل علائم بی‌نظمی خلق اخلالگر براساس ذهنی‌سازی مادر، دلبستگی و مزاج کودک در کودکان شهر اصفهان انجام شد. شامل کلیه کودکان شش تا دوازده سال شهر اصفهان بود که تعداد 401 نفر به شیوه غیر تصادفی و از نوع داوطلبی انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه های اختلال بی‌نظمی خلق اخلالگر، کنشوری بازتابی، مجموعه سوال دلبستگی و مزاج کودکی میانه بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی، شاخص های کلی برازش و شاخص های مقایسه ای برای بررسی مدل پیشنهادی تدوین شده استفاده شد.  نتایج مدل نشان داد که در یک فضای چندمتغیره، اطمینان از حالات ذهنی، علاقه و کنجکاوی به حالات ذهنی، دلبستگی ایمن، دلبستگی ناایمن و ویژگی‌های مزاجی واریانس علائم بی‌نظمی خلق اخلالگر را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که ذهنی سازی والدین، دلبستگی کودک به والدین و مزاج کودک می‌توانند علائم بی‌نظمی خلق اخلالگر را در کودکان پیش‌بینی کنند. پیشنهاد می‌شود که با طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی مبتنی بر آموزش ذهنی سازی و کنترل مزاج به والدین، علائم بی نظمی خلق اخلالگر مانند پرخاشگری و خشونت کودکان را کاهش و تعدیل بخشید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to develop a model of disruptive mood dysregulation symptoms based on parental metallization, child's attachment and temperament in children aged six to twelve years in Isfahan city. It included all children from six to twelve years old in Isfahan, 401 of whom were selected and evaluated in a non-random and voluntary manner. The measurement tools included disruptive mood disorder, reflective behavior, attachment, and middle childhood temperament questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, statistical methods of correlation coefficient, general fit indices and comparative indices were used to check the proposed model. The results of the model showed that in a multivariate space, confidence in mental states, interest and curiosity in mental states, secure attachment, insecure attachment and temperamental characteristics predicted the variance of disruptive mood disorder symptoms. Also parents' mentalization, child's attachment to parents and child's temperament predicted symptoms of disruptive mood disorder in children. It is suggested that by designing psychological interventions based on mentalization and temper control training for parents, the symptoms of disruptive mood disorder in children can be reduced and moderated.
