اثربخشی درمان طرحواره درمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان طرح‏واره‏درمانی هیجان‏مدار بر رضایت زناشویی زوجین مراجعه‏کننده به کلینیک به علت مشکلات زناشویی است. این پژوهش با طرح پژوهشی نیمه‏آزمایشی، در دو گروه آزمایش(12 زوج) و کنترل (12 زوج) که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه قرار گرفتند، انجام شد. در دو مرحله رضایت زناشویی انریچ بر روی آن‏ها اجرا شد و از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری جهت تحلیل داده‏ها استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون اثر هتلینیگ حاکی از تفاوت دو گروه در مولفه‌ها است که گروه آزمایش در مولفه‌های پاسخ قراردادی رضامندی، حل تعارض، گذران اوقات فراغت، روابط جنسی، خانواده و بچه‌ها، برابری جنسیتی و رضایت زناشویی کل، بهبود قابل ملاحظه‌ای نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته‌اند. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس پژوهش نشان داد که طرح‏واره درمانی هیجان‏مدار بر رضایت زناشویی، کیفیت زندگی و سبک‏های مقابله‏ای موثر واقع شده و فرضیات پژوهش اثبات شدند. به کارگیری آن می‏تواند از سوی مراکز خانواده‏درمانی، مشاوران خانواده، سایر ارگان‌ها و سازمان‌های مرتبط در راستای بهبود وضعیت زندگی خانواده‌ها مفید باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of treatment of schema therapy on marital satisfaction of couples referring to the clinic due to marital problems. This research was carried out with a semi-experimental research project in two groups of 12 (12 couples) and 12 (12 couples) who were selected randomly and divided into two groups. In two stages, Enrique's marital satisfaction was performed on them and a multivariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the hoteling effect test indicate the difference between the two groups in the components. The experimental group was divided into components of the conventional response, satisfaction, conflict resolution, leisure time, sex, family and children, gender equality and marital satisfaction, Considerable compared to the control group. The results of this study showed that the excitement therapy scheme was effective on marital satisfaction, quality of life and coping styles and the research hypotheses were proved. Its use can be useful by family centers, family counselors, other organs and related organizations to improve the living conditions of families.
