اثر بخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دانش آموزان قلدر دختر دوره اول متوسطه

چکیده

پپژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان دختران دانش آموز قلدر دوره اول متوسطه شهر خرم آباد انجام شد. روش این پژوهش، آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر دوره اول متوسطه شهر خرم آباد بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، 30 نفر از دانش آموزان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها پرسشنامه قلدری ایلی نویز و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان را تکمیل نمودند، سپس نمونه های منتخب به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه ی 90 دقیقه ایی تحت آموزش درمان متمرکز بر شفقت قرار گرفت اما گروه کنترل هیچ گونه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. در نهایت از هر دو گروه، پس آزمون به عمل آمد و داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانش آموزان قلدر تأثیر معناداری دارد. در نتیجه می توان گفت که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت عامل مهم و تاثیرگذاری بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دانش آموزان می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) on Cognitive Emotion Adjustment in Bullying Female Students of First stage High School in Khorramabad city. The method of this study was pre-test and post-test with control group. The study population included all high school students of Khorramabad city was using purposive sampling, 30 students were selected as sample. Subjects completed the Illinois Navigation Bullying Questionnaire and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Then the selected samples were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 sessions of 90 minutes of compassionate focused therapy but the control group received no intervention. Finally, post-test was performed for both groups and data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. The results research showed that Compassion Focused treatment had an impact on Cognitive Emotion Adjustment in Bullying Students and and compassion itself is effective in regulating emotions efficiently.
