اثربخشی درمان رابطه والدکودک (CPRT) بر بهبود شیوه های فرزندپروری مادران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان رابطه والدکودک، بر شیوه‌های فرزندپروری مادران انجام شده‌است. این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی به صورت طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهشی تمامی مادران مراجعه‌کننده به یک کلینیک روانشناسی کودک در تهران ‌‌بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بیست نفر از این مادران که دارای کودکان سه تا یازده ساله بودند، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جای گرفتند. هر دو گروه برای انجام پیش-آزمون و پس‌آزمون به پرسشنامه فرزندپروری بوری پاسخ دادند. سپس برای گروه آزمایش ده جلسه آموزشِ درمان رابطه والدکودک برگزار شد. جلسات دو بار در هفته و هر جلسه بین 45 تا 60 دقیقه بود. نتایج تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که، شیوههای فرزندپروری مقتدرانه، سهلگیرانه و مستبدانه به صورت همزمان دارای تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در پس‌آزمون شده‌اند. در واقع آموزش رابطه والدکودک، موجب استفاده بیشتر والدینِ گروه آزمایش، از راهبردهای شیوه فرزندپروری مقتدرانه شده‌است. پیشنهاد می‌شود از این روش برای آگاه‌ترکردن والدین در زمینه برقراری ارتباط درست با فرزندان خود به منظور پیشگیری از ابتلای آنها به مشکلات رفتاری و اختلالات روانی و یا برطرف‌کردن مشکلات‌شان استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this current study was to investigate the effect of parent-child relationship therapy (CPRT) on mother's parenting styles. This research was a semi-experimental design as a pre-test and post-test with control group. The research population was all mothers who referred to a child psychology clinic in Tehran to receive counseling on their children's behavioral problems. Twenty children 3 to 11 years old were selected by available sampling method, and they were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. Both groups responded to Buri's parenting questionnaire for pre-test and post-test. Then, parents of the experimental group participated in 10 sessions of child-parent relationship therapy. The sessions were held twice a week and each session between 45 and 60 minutes. The results of covariance analysis showed that there is a significant difference between 3 dimension of parenting styles, authoritative, permissive and authoritarian in post test of experimental and control groups. Indeed. The intervention led to more use of authoritative parenting styles strategies in the experimental group. Based on this findings, we can use CPRT to inform parents about communicating properly with their children in order to prevent their behavior problems and psychiatric disorders.
