اثربخشی روان‌درمانی مبتنی بر غنی‌سازی روابط درون خانوادگی بر مهارت فرزندپروری مادران و نشانه‌های بالینی کودکان با اختلال رفتاری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامۀ روان درمانی مبتنی بر غنی سازی روابط درون خانوادگی بر مهارت فرزندپروری مادران و نشانه های بالینی کودکان با اختلال رفتاری انجام شد. در این پژوهش دانش‌آموزان به همراه والدینشان با انتساب تصادفی به سه گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های آزمایشی به ترتیب گروه اول فقط دریافت کننده برنامه آموزشی، گروه دوم فقط دریافت کننده دارو و گروه سوم دریافت کننده همزمان برنامه آموزشی و دارو بوده است و گروه کنترل هم هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامۀ جمعیت شناختی، سبک فرزندپروری بامریند و فهرست نشانه های بالینی کودک اجرا شدند. برنامۀ بهبودبخشی روابط درون‌خانوادگی به شکل هشت جلسۀ گروهی والدین، یک جلسۀ خانوادگی اختصاصی، دو جلسۀ تماس تلفنی و یک جلسۀ تقویتی برگزار شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره از نوع اندازه‌گیری های مکرر بود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که روان درمانی مبتنی بر غنی‌سازی روابط درون خانوادگی موجب ارتقای مهارت های فرزندپروری مقتدرانه و کاهش نشانه های بالینی فرزندان شده است و این نتایج در پیگیری سه ماه نیز پایدار است.

The aim of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of family-based psychotherapy program on mother’s parenting skills and clinical symptoms of children with behavioral disorder. In this research process, at the first step, the intra-family relationships promotional were designed, the program’s effectiveness was assessed through a quasi-experimental research design with four groups and random assignment, using  pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages. In this research, all the sample students participated along with their parents and randomly assigned between study groups divided into experimental and control groups. The first group received the psychological intervention, the second group took only medicine, and the third group received both psychological intervention and medicine at the same time. The research instruments were the demographic questionnaire, Baumrind Parenting Style Inventory and Clinical Symptoms Checklist. The intra-family relationships promotion Program was consisted of an individual family private session, two phone calls and a booster session at the end. The data were analyzed using repeated measurements of analysis of co-variance, the findings indicated that the family-based intervention program could improve mother’ parenting skills and also could reduce clinical symptoms of their children with behavioral disorders. The stability of effects maintained for the participants after three months follow up stage, as well. Therefore, by using psychotherapy programs based on intra -family relationships enrichment can reduce children behavior problems.
