اثربخشی گروه درمانی شناختی- رفتاری در افزایش ادراک کنترل اضطراب دختران 13-11 ساله دچاراختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی شناختی- رفتاری در افزایش ادراک کنترل اضطراب کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر اجرا شد. این مطالعه از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون دوگروهی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 32 نفر از دختران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود که براساس ملاک‌های راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی واجد تشخیص اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بودند. افراد گروه نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. درمان شامل 18 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای بود که به‌صورت یک جلسه در هفته، و بر مبنای درمان شناختی - رفتاری بر روی گروه آزمایش انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که درمان شناختی - رفتاری در افزایش ادراک کنترل هیجان و استرس به‌طور معناداری مؤثرتر از عدم دریافت درمان است. این درحالی است که درمان مذکور در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، اثربخشی معناداری در افزایش ادراک کنترل تهدید کودکان نداشت. درمان شناختی - رفتاری با مجموعه راهبردهای شناختی و رفتاری خود، قادر به افزایش ادراک کنترل هیجان و استرس در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر است. با وجود این توجه ویژه بر افزایش ادراک کنترل تهدید، می‌تواند به عنوان درمانی مؤثرتر در درمان این کودکان تلقی شود.

This study was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of group cognitive behavioral therapy in increasing of perceived anxiety control in young children with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). This study was design two groups of pretest- posttest. The sample included 32 GAD girls who had major diagnosis of GAD based on DSM-IV-TR. The samples were recruited in two groups (one experimental and one control group) by randomized allocation. The experimental group received cognitive behavioral therapy in 18 sessions, with duration of 90 minutes weekly. The results of the study showed, the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on increasing of perceived emotion and stress control, but it was not effective on perceived threat control. Cognitive behavioral therapy Would be effective therapy in increasing of perceived emotion and stress control in treatment of children with GAD. However attention on perceived threat control in children's protocol could be more efficient.
