This study was aimed to investigate The effects of stress inoculation training on burnout and resilience in university staff. The research Method was quasi - experimental, pretest & posttest type. Type of the research was Survey - correlation. Statistical Population consisted of all staff of payame Noor University (Tehran center). The canner &Davidson and burnout questionnaire were distributed and performed among them. 15 members with high score in burnout questionnaire & Subjects with low score in resilience questionnaire were chosen and randomly divided into two experimental &control groups. The experimental group received Ten-one hour- training session along with the Stress resistance booklet. After the training sessions, both groups received questionnaires. The research findings were analyzed using covariance and(t)test. The result showed that stress training (SIT) had effect on the reduction of burnout also increase the resilience of the staff of the Payame Noor University.
