This study was designed to compare social skills in primary school students with and without ADHD. Four schools were chosen randomly to indicate primary school students with and without ADHD in both sexes. Screening was done according to DSM-IV criteria and 166 ADHD cases were diagnosed among 1755 children. One hundred ten (110) ADHD students were selected randomly for comparing social skills on the basis of teacher’s questionnaire. With the same number matched without ADHD children. Hypotheses were evaluated by t test and analysis of variance. Results indicated that social skills in ADHD students were lower than normal peers.
