اثربخشی مداخله شناختی -رفتاری بر تجربه سوگ، افسردگی و اضطراب بستگان قربانیان بیماری کووید-19

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی مداخله شناختی­رفتاری بر تجربه سوگ، افسردگی و اضطراب بستگان قربانیان بیماری کووید-19 انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع روش آمیخته (کمی، کیفی) بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مردان و زنان بالای 18 سال در شهر شیراز بود. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه­ گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس استفاده شد افرادی که بیش از 4 ماه ازتجربه سوگ آنان گذشته و با اجرای پرسشنامه تجربه سوگ، نمره بالای 68 را کسب نمودند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند پس از انجام مصاحبه و تحلیل کیفی به منظور مقایسه گروه آزمایش و کنترل از پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و اضطراب وجودی گود استفاده شد. نتایج آماره یومان ویتنی و ویل کاکسون نشان داد که درمان شناختی­رفتاری بر تجربه سوگ، افسردگی و اضطراب بستگان قربانیان بیماری کووید-19 اثربخشی معناداری داشته است بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده درمان شناختی­ رفتاری بر تجربه سوگ، افسردگی و اضطراب وجودی در بستگان قربانی کرونا مؤثر است. این روش میتواند به صورت فردی و گروهی برای مشکلات مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و باعث ارتقاء سلامت­ روانی و واکنش­های مؤثر و سازگارانه افراد در برابر رویدادهای آسیب‌زای زندگی شود.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral intervention on the grief experience, depression and anxiety of relatives of Covid-19 victims. In terms of objective, the research was an applied one and used the mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population included men and women over 18 years old in the city of Shiraz. The research used the non-random sampling technique. The people whose grief experience lasted over 4 months and scored above 68 were selected as samples. Following the interview and qualitative analysis, the control and experimental groups were compared using Beck's depression questionnaire and Good's existential anxiety questionnaire. The results of Mann–Whitney U test and Wilcoxon test showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy had a significant effect on the grief experience, depression and anxiety of the relatives of the victims of Covid-19. According to the results, the cognitive-behavioral therapy had an effect on the experience of grief, depression and anxiety by the families of the Covid-19 victims. This method can be used individually and in groups to deal with problems and can promote mental health and cause effective and adaptive reactions by people to traumatic life events.
