اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر افسردگی، امید به آینده و اعتماد بین فردی در زنان مطلقه

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر افسردگی، امید به آینده و اعتماد بین فردی در زنان مطلقه اجرا شد. روش پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه زنان مطلقه مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهزیستی شهرستان شهرکرد در سال 1396 بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری دسترسی هدفمند، 28 نفر از آنان انتخاب و به‌صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (14 نفر) و کنترل (14 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت دو ماه، درمان متمرکز بر هیجان را طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمود در حالی‌که گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار داشت و بررسی‌ها بعد از یک ماه پیگیری بر روی هر دو گروه به اتمام رسید. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک، امید به آینده میلر و پرسشنامه اعتماد بین فردی رمپل و هولمز بود. داده‌‌ها با استفاه از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر افسردگی، امید به آینده و اعتماد بین فردی زنان مطلقه در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری اثربخش بود (05/0p <). بر اساس یافته‌ها، درمان گروهی متمرکز بر هیجان به عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای جهت بهبود وضعیت روان‌شناختی زنان مطلقه مفید می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotion-focused therapy on depression, hope to future and interpersonal trust in divorced women. The research was carried out using a semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and one-month follow-up with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all divorced women referring to Shahrekord welfare centers in 2017 which were selected by purposeful sampling method. 28 of them were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of experimental (14 subjects) and control (14 subjects). The experimental group received an emotion-focused treatment for two months in eight 90-minute sessions, while the control group was on the waiting list and analyzes on both groups was completed after one-month follow-up. The instruments included Beck Depression Inventory, Miller's Future, and Interpersonal Trust Questionnaire of Rampel and Holmes. Data were analyzed using multivariate variance analysis with repeated measures. The results showed that emotion-focused therapy was effective on depression, hope to future and interpersonal trust in divorced women at post-test and follow-up stages (p < 0/05). Based on the findings, emotion-focused group therapy is useful as an interventional method for improving the psychological status of divorced women.
